∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile
∎ Skills Required: Managing both physical chemical lab
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Textile Laboratory (Both Chemical Testing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manpower & machinery management of Lab (Both Chemical &Testing).
∎ Sound knowledge of textile testing both physical & chemical.
∎ Sound knowledge of updated textile testing machinery & methods.
∎ Good knowledge on Buyer acknowledgement.
∎ Good communicating ability with Buyer & Garments
∎ Proper documentation & knowledge of different Buyers Audit.
∎ Monitoring test (Physical & Chemical) of fabrics as per buyer requirements.
∎ Performing & monitoring all test & test related data on time.
∎ Good knowledge on different types of Dyes & Chemicals.
∎ Good knowledge on shade correction, dyes & chemicals selection for floor.
∎ Maintaining high RFT% for both Lab to bulk & Lab dip submission.
∎ R&D for new dyes, chemicals & processes to reduce cost.
∎ Collaboration with production & Quality team for smooth production.
∎ Collect & analyze data for better test performance & lab dip management.
∎ Proper documentation of lab results & technical information.
∎ Making a standard for maintaining & performing all laboratory works.
∎ Regularly monitor & inspect laboratory test equipment, machinery & other laboratory facilities.
∎ Carry out quality assurance measures.
∎ Maintaining a good work environment for laboratory.
∎ Take into considerations the fundamentals of environmental protection, safety and health protection on the job.
∎ Proper knowledge about Lab Accreditation
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the factory managements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to manage both physical & chemical lab.
∎ Candidate should be sincere, responsible and hardworking
∎ Good Command in using MS Office Package. Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook.
∎ Willing to work in Jamirdia master bari, Valuka, Mymensingh
