Job Context:
∎ We are looking for smart, enthusiastic professionals with a vast experience in
∎ Consumers Division Sales with a sound and in-depth knowledge in planning strategies and also being a team leader in training subordinates to contribute in accomplishing Overall company goals.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He will work as Head of Sales and Marketing department of the company and will be
∎ responsible for the following duties-
∎ Lead a group of sales personnel.
∎ Overall monitoring and supervision of sales and marketing activities.
∎ Preparation and implementation of sales plan of the company.
∎ Formulation of sector wise yearly sales budget of the company.
∎ Conduct marketing research and define potential market segment for the existing/new products of the company.
∎ Responsible for business development in local and international market in changing
∎ economic situation of the market.
∎ Assist logistics and supply chain management in formulation of procurement plan and material sourcing.
∎ Monitoring team's performance and motivating team members to reach individual target.
∎ Develop and establish customer service model that includes, customer
∎ communications and feedback, customer complaints management and technical
∎ assistance components.
∎ Performing any other relevant jobs as management decides
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) with Business Development, Marketing & Sales
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
