Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure smooth, quality production operations of feed items.
Maintain health and safety standards in Production Unit.
Ensure required raw materials raising requisitions and proposals.
Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
Set daily/weekly/monthly production target and achieve the target ensuring the quality of standard.
Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
Ensuring that the daily production target are fulfilled and the schedules of supply chain are followed accurately.
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing, and Supply Chain Division to solve product-related complications as required.
Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary for store.
Identify and overcome barriers to successful product development.
Check overall costing, consumption rate and ensure inventory control.
Generate different reports on raw materials, finished goods and production proceedings.
Check production output according to specifications and pass for the delivery as per the schedules.
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules as
per requirements.
Oversee the entire production process and ensure maximum production with minimum cost.
Reduce wastage of resources, minimize the cost of production & improve the efficiency of production.
To Manage and ensure the day to day overall operations of the store workers and transport & distribution department.
Communicate with the Management ASAP in case of any emergency
Any other job assigned by the management as and when required.
