Job Context:
∎ A Foreign Renewable Energy Development Company looking for AGM/GM for their Business Development team.
∎ AGM/ GM-Business Development will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth.
∎ This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market analysis/intelligence/strategy and business plan/strategy making.
∎ Stay updated on industry developments and the competitive landscape.
∎ Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
∎ Identify potential partners, clients, and collaborators for strategic alliances and joint ventures.
∎ Knowledge of construction, property development and power/energy business.
∎ Review of the contract document.
∎ Lead the sales team in acquiring new clients and contracts.
∎ Specialized in writing English letters and communication skills.
∎ EOI, NDA and MOU preparation and submission experiences.
∎ PQ/Tender/proposal preparation & submission in civil, building, plant construction and development project including IPP and PPP.
∎ Networking & good relationship with Clients, Consultants, Contractors specially with Government/autonomous authorities such as BPDB, MPEMR, DMTCL, BBA, BR, RHD, RAJUK, SREDA, etc.
∎ Identify potential risks associated with new projects and markets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related leadership role.
∎ Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competition.
∎ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
∎ liaison with BPDB-Bangladesh Power Development Board, MPEMR-Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources, DMTCL-Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited, BBA-Bangladesh Bridge Authority, BR-Bangladesh Railway, RHD-Roads and Highways Department, SREDA-Sustainable And Renewable Energy Development Authority
Salary: Negotiable
