Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To plan, organize and execute all financial tasks of Sanji Group of Companies.
∎ To implement accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely record of transaction and prepare financial statements.
∎ To prepare revenue report and all provisional expenses/liabilities on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
∎ To reconcile all banking transaction and make adjustments on monthly basis.
∎ To provide support with various internal and external audits.
∎ To prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
∎ To coordinate external parties for Tax/VAT preparations, Auditing, Banking, investments and other financial needs as necessary.
∎ To know operation of Tally ERP 9 Software.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
∎ We are seeking an experienced and analytical AGM - Finance & Accounts with strong numerical skills to drive our Group of Companies financial operations and improve financial performance include supervising accounting staffs, maintaining appropriate accounting records, overseeing internal controls, setting financial targets, developing a financial strategy, monitoring expenditure, monitoring cash flow, evaluating investments and managing Tax compliance.
