Job Responsibilities:
∎ To direct, administer and coordinate the operations of a Dye & Finishing house for smooth execution of Dyeing & Finishing as per production plan and to ensure optimum utilization of the capacity.
∎ To Plan and manage of dyeing and finishing operations for quality production and in-time delivery.
∎ To develop and execute a work-plan as per the given time & action plan.
∎ To ensure bulk dyeing meeting target shade.
∎ To ensure target production with approved quality.
∎ To manage the dyeing and finishing schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
∎ To ensure proper production inventory control procedures.
∎ To obtain and deliver outsourced order meeting buyer's requirements.
∎ To coordinate to ensure the department's machinery and equipment are maintained to optimal levels of operation.
∎ To direct dyeing and washing activities to ensure that products are produced within the planned time, cost control and quality standards.
∎ To control operations cost within approved budgets by evaluating the actual expense heads with budgeted costs & taking appropriate actions as required.
∎ To ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ To maintain all related data/documents relating Dyeing & Finishing Production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should have the adequate job experience to run the Team.
∎ He should have good knowledge in Dyeing, Finishing and Quality.
∎ Must have proven track of work at Knit sectors in Reputation Company.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have ability to accept the challenge
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
Salary: Tk. 150000 - 170000 (Monthly)
