Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Technology Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nutrition & Health
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate R&D innovation which results in the development of new products to support marketing program/ promotion to achieve customer satisfaction and company’s goals.
∎ Lead product development ideas for individual brand tastings.
∎ Develop and refine specifications for new and/or existing products.
∎ Develop product recipe, source & approve suppliers, select equipment, develop operation procedure and manuals.
∎ Plan, execute and evaluate projects while maintaining food safety and regulatory requirements specific to the menu development.
∎ Support cross functional team and manage product cutting, sensory evaluation and reformulation of current products.
∎ Provide leadership and support for the design, development, refinement and implementation of products by initiating research to identify consumer needs and acceptance of products.
∎ Apply basic food science knowledge in ingredient functionality and process technology to develop new or improve existing products.
∎ Conduct pre & post analysis of all new products launch and prepare related reports on regular basis (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually) and submit the same to the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Experience in R & D, Seasoning and Blending for various lines of food products including Ruti, Cream Roll, Noodles, Poppers, Spice etc.
Salary: Negotiable
