Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Overall responsibility of Merchandising Department.
∎ • To comply with corporate objectives of Merchandising planning, competitive assortment and brand mix, quality products and services that are catered to consumer's need and lifestyle.
∎ • To ensure sustainable measures by improving sales and acquiring new customers also, market share, customer satisfaction, profitability and productivity.
∎ • Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
∎ • Supervising and follow up on SOP and T& A plan meticulously and ensuring timely operation.
∎ • Support cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage.
∎ • To settle all claims with buyers & suppliers.
∎ • To ensure advanced marketing 03 to 06 month for 06 (six) lines smoothly running.
∎ • Need proper coordination and oversees to Merchandising department.
∎ • To review various monthly reporting and variance analysis.
∎ • To carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ • Good communication skills in English and Bengali mandatory.
• Candidates having professional Certificate in MS Office will be Preferred.
• Must be self motivated hard working person who can work under tremendous pressure.
• Must be result driven working experience in KPI system will be Preferred.
