Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The selected candidate will be the AGM/DGM of M&M team and will be responsible for efficient and planned management of all activities related to order taking, order fulfillment and timely delivery of Under Garments & Active wear products.
∎ The candidate will be responsible for arranging profitable knitwear orders according to the factory’s production capacity (2.0 to 2.5 million pieces per month).
∎ Analyzed the market trends and buyer requirements, and developed creative and innovative samples for marketing.
∎ Analyze sales numbers, consumer reactions, and market trends to forecast product demand and develop product lines.
