Responsibilities & Context:
The selected candidate will be the AGM/DGM of M&M team and will be responsible for efficient and planned management of all activities related to order taking, order fulfillment and timely delivery of knitwear products.
The candidate will be responsible for arranging profitable knitwear orders according to the factory’s production capacity (3 million pieces per month).
The candidate will be lead a Team of Marketing & Merchandising professionals & execute the taken orders very professionally.
Analyzed the market trends and buyer requirements, and developed creative and innovative samples for marketing.
Analyze sales numbers, consumer reactions, and market trends to forecast product demand and develop product lines.
