Air Freight, Freight Forwarding Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define, implement and execute Air Freight business development and pricing/tariff strategies to maximize profits.
∎ Coordinates all transnational operations (Export and Customs activities), adhering to regulations and internal procedures.
∎ Ensures all Operation teams to meet customer requirements and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from requirements.
∎ Provides guidelines to Export team to ensure transactional operations are consistent with group business strategy and compliant with the local business environment.
∎ Develops a high-performance service culture within the Export Departments.
∎ Ensures realization of budgetary performance by setting and monitoring clear objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good level of relationship with the Airlines/ Carriers.
∎ Must be Presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Need to understand the full operation activities on multiple modes.
∎ Ability to work independently & provide innovative solutions to the team members in critical situation.
∎ Excellent command (both writing & speaking) in English is must. Proficient in MS offices applications.
∎ Willingness to take challenges and ability to take stress in handling critical situations.
∎ Extrovert in attitude and team player.
∎ Ready to travel/ move as required.
Salary: Negotiable
