Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set departmental target align with organization business goal.
∎ Ensure departmental target achievement effectively and efficiently.
∎ Resolved critical internal and external issues to meet the client’s expectation.
∎ Set effective action plan for team members with equal growth opportunity and create the next level business leader with proven track records.
∎ Supervise and monitor team efficiency with productivity ratio analysis.
∎ Make periodical root cause analysis and fix the problem at root level within the stipulated time frame.
∎ Collect initial problematic file from junior level and find the problem root cause to resolved the problem trough effective tools with internal and external customers.
∎ Initiate handover registration process for full paid customer with effective communication with internal and external customer.
∎ Regularized problematic file into scheduled payment category through proper communication and meeting with clients.
∎ Prepare monthly productivity ratio analysis and submit to top tier.
∎ To maintain a strong professional relationship with clients and ensure superior customer service.
