Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect all related documents like Dolil, via dolil, related khotian, all related porcha, succession certificates, possession, Mutation related document, Case documents (if any) etc.
∎ Send the documents to vetting department.
∎ Provide any other necessary documents (if required) immediately to vetting department.
∎ Keep communication and maintain liaison with land owner, mediator etc.
∎ Set periodic indoor & outdoor meeting with land owner, mediator.
∎ Keep communication and maintain liaison with different Govt office such as RAJUK, local Land office, Ministry of Land etc.
∎ Verify the current price.
∎ Discuss about the current price with superior.
∎ Negotiate the price with land owner, mediator in favor of company.Collect Land records from the local land office or district record office.
∎ Verify the deed of the land.
∎ Verify the Dagh No accuracy of the proposed land.
