Job Responsibilities:
∎ Smart, presentable & energetic and confident enough to meet the given sales target and collection.
∎ Clear understanding of Cable Industry business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
∎ Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with employees & clients of all levels in the corporate sector.
∎ Implements all sales action plans related to market areas as outlined in the marketing plan. Also plan and monitor sales teams' regular activities.
∎ Ensure regular supervising for timely deliveries, working with distribution, production and collect payments.
∎ Supervise team to collect competitor's necessary info, activities and strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.
∎ Keep close contact with production, distribution department to ensure timely order and regular supply of products. Coordinate with these departments to ensure smooth flow of work.
∎ Strong leadership, Influence & negotiation skills with business acumen & must have the ability to present & engage at executive consumer levels.
∎ Have excellent communication/negotiation skill and liaison with renowned buyers.
∎ Plan periodical visits to the Corporate Clients and Develop New Buyer.
∎ Responsible to motivate and educate subordinates by giving proper product knowledge and necessary training.
