Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop an audit plan, audit program, audit schedule based on risk assessment in line with standard audit practices and guideline and direction from Higher Authority and guide the team to support in achieving audit activities
∎ To keep Higher Authority informed of all audit issues, concerns, and recommendations during the audit. To guide and support the audit team to ensure the audit is conducted in a timely, efficient manner.
∎ To plan, design and develop the operation process flow and engagement work program to ensure the audit scope and coverage are fully covered. To assist in the preparation of interview schedules, organize logistics, team working place requirements
∎ Conduct and guide the team to complete audit fieldwork and finalize audit report for Higher Authority review and reviewing the existing process for further improvement of controls and governance processes. Ensure formal entrance & exit of the audit.
∎ To ensure audit working papers of auditors and to ensure audit working files are complete, properly indexed, and cross-referenced.
∎ To organize, plan, and facilitate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Control Self-Assessment (CSA) workshops. Support Higher Authority on developing, formalizing, and enhancing audit practices & procedures in line with relevant requirements.
∎ To propose value-added recommendations for each audit risks identified during audit engagements to improve business operations. To use knowledge of the business and on risk management, in identifying fit for purpose control solutions.
∎ Conduct ad-hoc audit assignments and reviews as per Higher Authority direction and management
∎ Conduct scheduled and un-schedule factory/office premises visit for audit activities.
∎ Ensure audit for Development and Improvement of the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Have the ability to work for extended hours.
∎ Sound knowledge on Internal Audit.
∎ Conversant with both the International and Bangladesh Standards on Auditing.
Salary: Negotiable
