Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for smooth functioning of overall accounting operations of the region as per company policy
∎ Responsible for treasury management for overall regional operations such as ensuring fund requisition, availability of fund, maintenance of minimum & maximum balance, expense, payable, cash & bank verification and recording, etc.
∎ Ensure implementation of effective procedures to control fund management and fund disbursement
∎ Prepare unit wise budget in the ERP system
∎ Report monthly variance analysis on actual vs budgeted expenses of all units under the regional office
∎ Maintain and verify inventory, and ensure all fixed assets are safe and secure
∎ Analyze and evaluate existing accounting policies and recommend strategies for effective changes

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience of professional ERP software
