Additional Requirements:

  • Must have 15 years working experience in commercial department with a Minimum of 5 years working experience in a leading position at head of commercial department in both Import, Export & Customs.

  • Must be hardworking, highly organized deadline oriented, honest and dedicated and self motivated.

  • Have excellent skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Familiar with commercial correspondence related to Bank/customs/shipping line/freight forwarder/ BGMEA/ EPB.

  • Must have good skill in computer literacy.

  • Candidate must have experience working in EPZ based factory.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • The Management of a reputed Group of Companies owning 100% export oriented woven & knit RMG units is looking for Qualified & Dynamic AGM-Commercial (Head of Department) for immediate appointment.

  • Execute all regulatory formalities related to BEPZA, CUSTOMS, BIDA, EPB, VAT, Etc.

  • Must have 15 years working experience in commercial department with a Minimum of 5 years working experience as Manager (Head) of Commercial Section in both Import and Export department of large RMG units.

  • Fully capable to communicate customs, Bond, Vat, Export, Import C&F, Shipping line and other statutory authorities.

  • Must be hardworking, highly organized deadline oriented, honest and dedicated and self motivated.

  • Have excellent skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skill with pleasant personality.

  • Must have knowledge about the UCP-600, ICC rules for international transaction.

  • Responsible for EP and IP submission and approval for BEPZA.

  • Must be well conversant in scrutinising the Export/Import L/C terms & conditions.

  • Must have experience in working with bank, EPB, BGMEA, Customs, Shipping line, Freight forward and C&F.

  • Must have experience in preparing Import L/C opening documents (sight/EDF/usance) as per terms of Proforma Invoice of Supplier.

  • Must have experience in preparing Export documents as per L/C terms, submit to Bank and negotiate/Purchase them and follow-up till the repatriation of the document value.

  • Will experienced in ASYCUDA System and BEPZA ERP System.

  • Must have experience in maintaining pass book, Bond Register, Customs audit and related works in bond commissionerate.
