• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Strong knowledge of production planning, SMV, capacity analysis.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel (advanced level).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination ability.

• Leadership and team management capability.

• Develop and manage master production plans for all units.

• Analyze factory capacity (line-wise, machine-wise, SMV-based).

• Allocate orders based on capacity, efficiency, and priority.

• Ensure balanced loading across factories.

• Track order status from order confirmation to shipment.

• Ensure adherence to Time & Action (T&A) calendar.

• Identify potential delays and take proactive actions.

• Coordinate closely with merchandising, production, and commercial teams.

• Align cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing plans.

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

• Ensure smooth workflow across all departments.

• Drive initiatives to improve line efficiency and productivity.

• Implement best planning practices and tools.

• Prepare MIS reports (capacity vs load, shipment status, delays, etc.)

• Analyze production data and highlight gaps.

• Identify risks in production and shipment timelines.

• Implement ERP systems for planning accuracy.

• Standardize planning processes and SOPs.

• Ensure data accuracy across systems.
