We are looking for a graduate Lawyer to ONLY work for us and our matters. You will need to sign an agreement to confirm you cannot work any legal matters outside.

3 years agreement must.

Must deal with pending cases including your court representations in the Sylhet court.

• MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK AND CONVERSE IN ENGLISH.

• You will deal with civil matters, including land, contract law and also disputes.

• YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO WORK OUTSIDE OF YOUR DUTY FOR ANY PRIVATE CLIENTS NOR ADVISE OR SUPPORT. THIS WILL BE A CONDITION OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT.

• You will be employed as part of a private family, and will be working on private matters including land and civil litigation matters.

• You will be working from Saturday to Thursday, 10am to 7pm.

• As part of the employment condition, you will not be permitted to work outside for any private or public office.

• You will have to deal with Land related issues in Bangladesh.

• You must be able to vet contracts and land documents. Drafting different legal documents.

• When dealing with Land matters, you will be required to see, check and verify every single document of land relating to land deeds and bia-deeds, records, parchs, survey maps, khatians, dags, DCRs of CS, SA, RS, BS etc, mutation documents, tax documents and other legal papers and documents which are essential for the purity and genuinity of the purchasable lands and their unhindered, peaceful and hazard-free possessions.

• Able to draft legal contracts and able to manage those.

• Deal with all legal issues related to land disputes, deeds, contracts and other civil matter related.

• You must be able to represent the matter in the Tribunal and High Court.

• Providing legal opinion on different issues.You must not provide advice or support outside of the business. You must not undertake any work that would cause conflict of interest.
