Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree from any reputed University, ideally in Mass Communication and Journalism.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To showcase the midwifery programme to different stakeholders and contribute towards increasing awareness about and demand for midwives.
∎ This role is directly reportable to the Head, Midwifery Education Programme & Project Director, Developing Midwives Project.
∎ This person will be responsible for advocacy and communication for the project
∎ Ensuring visibility of Midwifery education programme of BRACU in print and electronic media, radio etc.
∎ S/he will develop media & communication materials such as; press release, reports, articles as necessary and ensure printing them.
∎ The person will also serve as the custodian of Branding & Marketing (B&M) guidelines and ensure compliance in all project related documents for the donor, JPGSPH and BRACU.
∎ S/he will be responsible for reviewing and updating advocacy and communication materials regularly.
∎ He will also regularly produce e-newsletter.
∎ The person will identify & engage national/divisional/district level Midwife 'champions' and support the individual project focal points to ensure regular and focused documentation of the lessons learned.
∎ S/he will be responsible for finalisation of quarterly/annual and other reports as required for the project.
∎ S/he will also develop and update MW and JPGSPH websites and regularly update various online platforms.
∎ The person will also help the partners to organize special events with innovation.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-07 years' experience in the area of advocacy/communications, preferably in health sector
∎ Excellent knowledge on Digital, Documentation, external Communication, Dissemination.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills both in English and Bangla.
