Job Responsibilities:
∎ Role overview
∎ The ASRHR Trainer will Build the capacities of Community Volunteer of the local implementing partner, community youth in addressing knowledge, attitudes, and practices in child marriage and adolescent sexual reproductive health and rights. The AYSRHR Trainer will work closely with health service providers to improve AYSR health services. The ASRHR trainer will closely work with the health department at a different level so that the adolescent-friendly service is improved. The ASRHR trainer will also build the capacity of community volunteers to build the capacity of youth and adolescent to lead on awareness-raising initiatives and developing peer educators.

Additional Requirements:
∎ In-depth knowledge and experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health, specifically for adolescents and youth.
∎ At least 2-5 years of experience in the field of AYSRHR.
∎ Excellent writing and facilitation skills.
∎ Excellent command of the English language.
∎ Personal Qualities
∎ This individual should be:
∎ A self-starter who learns quickly and works well in a team environment with minimal supervision, gaining staff trust and confidence so that outcomes can be achieved together.
∎ Adaptable: This is the key to living and working in Myanmar. At the personal level, the volunteer will have to make major adjustments simply to live and work in a different culture and environment. Volunteers need to demonstrate and practice patience and cultural sensitivity. This involves being non-judgmental and accepting of various religious and cultural traditions.
∎ Resourceful and flexible.
