Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and student-focused Admissions & Student Support Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process while providing ongoing support to students to ensure a smooth enrolment experience and positive student journey, in line with compliance and organisational requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process domestic and international student applications accurately and within required timeframes.

  • Assess applications, verify documentation, and ensure eligibility requirements are met in accordance with policies and regulatory standards.

  • Issue Letters of Offer and related admission documentation.

  • Respond to enquiries from prospective students, education agents, and internal departments via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist students with completing admission requirements, including documentation, eligibility checks, and fee payments.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Student Management System (SMS).

  • Follow up with applicants and enrolled students regarding outstanding documents, payments, or academic requirements.

  • Provide support to students from enrolment through to course completion, including guidance on policies, procedures, and available support services.

  • Identify students who may require additional academic or welfare support and refer matters appropriately.

  • Ensure all tasks are completed in line with standard operating procedures and compliance obligations.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet admissions, compliance, and student retention goals.

  • Stay open to feedback and continuously improve performance and service delivery.
