∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
∎ Understanding of Australian accounting standards and financial regulations is a plus
∎ Proficiency in accounting software Xero is a plus
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and within a team.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
∎ Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
∎ Reconcile bank statements and student fee payments.
∎ Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.Assist with invoice generation, tracking, and follow-ups.
∎ Maintain accurate student financial records, including tuition payments and refunds.
∎ Ensure compliance with VET funding and financial reporting requirements.
∎ Support the finance team in preparing reports and audits.
∎ Respond to finance-related queries from students, staff, and external stakeholders.
∎ Assist with general administrative duties within the finance department.
