• Maintain effective communication and build strong relationships with universities and their representatives.
• Manage and lead the counselling team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve targets.
• Provide comprehensive counselling to students regarding study options, admission requirements, and career pathways.
• Guide students in selecting suitable courses and universities based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
• Organise regular training sessions for the counselling team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Follow up with the counselling team to ensure targets are met and provide necessary support to achieve goals.
• Assist students with application processes, including documentation, admission essays, and visa applications.
• Conduct informative sessions and workshops to educate students about study abroad opportunities.
• Maintain updated knowledge of international education trends, admission policies, and visa regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and representatives.
