Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain effective communication and build strong relationships with universities and their representatives.
- Manage and lead the counselling team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve targets.
- Provide comprehensive counselling to students regarding study options, admission requirements, and career pathways.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses and universities based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
- Organise regular training sessions for the counselling team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Follow up with the counselling team to ensure targets are met and provide necessary support to achieve goals.
- Assist students with application processes, including documentation, admission essays, and visa applications.
- Conduct informative sessions and workshops to educate students about study abroad opportunities.
- Maintain updated knowledge of international education trends, admission policies, and visa regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and representatives.
