∎ Age 21 to 27 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To process and manage admissions applications.
∎ To undertake a range of applicant, support activities, including telephone call, message reply and personal consultations.
∎ To gather applicants’ references and supporting documents.
∎ Assist in maintaining and updating admission records and files and complies admission reports as directed·
∎ To drive and meet the student enrollment targets assigned for each term.
∎ To provide course counseling to prospective students and parents and ensure accurate information are presented to them.
∎ Follow ups on enrollment leads as prescribed via phone, email, and messaging on daily basis particularly during peak student recruitment period.
∎ To participate in education fairs, student recruitment activities and marketing events as assigned.
∎ To follow up consistently and effectively on all student leads from point of inquiry to enrollment.
∎ To execute institution marketing plan based on assigned feeder schools and institutions.
∎ To strengthen rapport with assigned feeder institutions through visits, sponsorship, marketing events and other engagement activities.
∎ All other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
