Job Responsibilities:
∎ General office and admin management.
∎ Front desk handling.
∎ General Office expenses management.
∎ Office stationeries management and Staff engagement planning & execution.
∎ Scheduling of travel e.g. ticketing, accommodation etc.
∎ Keep track of mobility of field employees
∎ Organizing and implementing staff and customers related events
∎ Expenses processing
∎ Critically review and compile monthly staff related expenses.
∎ Generate monthly sales revenue vs expenses report for management review
∎ Review all factory overhead for management reporting on a monthly basis
∎ Secretarial support
∎ Expatriate visa related works and liaison with consultant
∎ Tour planning and calendar management
∎ Any other administrative work given from time to time
Additional Requirements:
