- At least 5 years in the The apparel industry managerial capacity, which will be given preference.
- Professional certification in organizational behavior, psychology or related areas will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition and management programs.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Proficiency with HRIS and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements.
- Strongly encourage qualified female candidates.
- Strategic thinking, planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to support change management.
- Presence and credibility to work with the executive team and senior colleagues across.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders (internal & external) at all levels.

Responsibilities & Context: - Check Team Tracker, for daily attendance preparation.
- Open Bank Account for new employee, ID Card, Visiting Card for new and old (if any) employee.
- Rental issues of Land, warehouse, Shop etc.
- Renewal of Trade License, Fire License, Factory License, Generator License, IRC, ERC.
- Maintain a register for all land related documents.
