Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Maintain employees all records (soft and hard copies).
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).
- Prepare and maintain paper work for HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employees’ leave and other documents as per requirement.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and training seminars etc.
- Prepare HR and Admin reports and presentations for internal communications.
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
- Keeping all admin and HR files documents properly.
- Any other business assign by the management.
