Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain employees all records (soft and hard copies).
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).
  • Prepare and maintain paper work for HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employees’ leave and other documents as per requirement.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and training seminars etc.
  • Prepare HR and Admin reports and presentations for internal communications.
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
  • Keeping all admin and HR files documents properly.
  • Any other business assign by the management.
