Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive Youth Volunteer Coordinator who will lead initiatives to engage youth and students from universities and colleges in volunteer activities. The role focuses on mobilizing young voices to raise awareness against exploitation, abuse, and rights violations, while promoting a culture of activism, leadership, and social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

·Develop and implement volunteer engagement strategies targeting students and youth groups.

·Build partnerships with universities, colleges, and youth clubs for volunteer programs.

·Inspire, motivate, and guide volunteers to actively participate in awareness campaigns and events.

·Organize interactive workshops, campaigns, and forums where children and youth can express their voices.

·Serve as a mentor and team leader, ensuring positive volunteer experiences.

·Promote advocacy initiatives against child exploitation and abuse.

·Maintain records of volunteer participation, achievements, and program outcome reports.

Qualifications & Competencies:

·Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Social Science, Development Studies, Journalism or related field).

·Strong communication, public speaking, and public relations skills.

·Demonstrated ability to mobilize and inspire youth.

·Energetic, activist mentality with a passion for children’s rights and social justice.

·Team leader with proven coordination and motivational skills.

·Experience in volunteer management, youth engagement, or campaign activism will be an advantage.
