Job Responsibilities:
∎ To procure fresh business from the Corporate, Multinational Clients as well as the S.M.E market against a set yearly target.
∎ Develop and execute the company's business strategies to attain the goals of the board and shareholders
∎ Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have an accurate view of the market and the company's future
∎ Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
∎ Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities
∎ Oversee the company's financial performance, investments and other business ventures
∎ Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
∎ Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
∎ Contribute to the formulation of Company strategy and ensure the effective translation of the overall strategic direction from the Board of Directors into actionable business plans for the business of the Company.
∎ Carry out the instructions of the Board of Directors in an effective, efficient, and timely manner, thus adding value to the company business.
∎ Meet sales, collection targets and ensure proper communication with customers.
∎ Developed high-level relationships with all stakeholders.
∎ Oversee business operations across the Company to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
∎ Ensure the Company budgets and plans are implemented effectively through coordination with various Department heads.
∎ Act as a great communicator and change agent, coordinating change efforts across the Company, while ensuring that concerned parties including the Board, customers, and staff are rapidly informed of events that will have a major impact on the way that the business is managed.
∎ Must be acquainted with all the compliances and guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 48 years
∎ Fresh Business Acquisition, Corporate, Credit Administration, Credit Risk Analysis, Business/ Product Development, SME, Branch Management, Market Development (Leasing) for any special product. Specialized Leasing Operational (Monitoring/ collection) and must have knowledge about Anti Money Laundering Rules.
∎ The applicants should have minimum 15 years of experience at different levels in Banking/Leasing, Non-Banking Financial Institutions or other organizations in the financial sector. Out of this 15 years, at least 5 years experience at the top level management including 2 years as AMD/DMD or equivalent rank.
∎ Relevant overseas employment experiences will be given priority.
