∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
∎ Drafting and vetting of routine contracts relating to property, license, non-disclosure agreements etc.
∎ Vetting tender documents, handling civil and criminal suits before various courts and co-ordination with the legal advisor
∎ To act as a primary point of contact and source advice and guidance for Directors as regards the Company and its legal activities in order to support the decision making process
∎ Keep under close review of all legislative, regulatory and corporate governance developments that might affect the Company's operations, and to ensure the Board is fully briefed on these and that it has regard to them when taking decisions
∎ Ensured safety and security of assets and others by managing required applications/ Promotes and enforces safety in the workplace o the organization
∎ Look after all Land related activities of NUBT
∎ Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
∎ Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
∎ Formulate strategic and operational objectives
∎ Perform any other job as assigned by the authority from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Retired enthusiastic Major and above or Retired energetic, enthusiastic ASP/SP and above or Retied Deputy/Additional Secretary. The candidate will bear character of courage, energetic and target oriented.
