Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors Degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Timely processing of supplier invoices, including maintaining vendor records in NetSuite.
∎ Onboarding new supplies, collecting correct documents in compliance with IRS.
∎ Ensure invoices are properly allocated to correct general ledger accounts.
∎ Working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve discrepancies.
∎ Working closely with Procurement team to resolve issues with invoice matching and PO receipts.
∎ Timely processing of all supplier payments and approvals.
∎ Manage payment runs.
∎ Research and process vendor credit memos.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work US Hours (Mon-Fri | 8pm-4am BD Time)
∎ Impeccable English communications skills (written and verbal).
∎ Ability to prioritize and multi-task in an organized, detailed manner.
∎ Proficiency in MS excel Experience in NetSuite is a plus.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Excellent time management skills.
