Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Request for Proposal (RFP) Analyst/Specialist who is responsible for taking full responsibility of the RFP process working within a team that helps support new business growth and development.
∎ As a member of the Optimizely`s Compliance Team you will be pivotal in driving and continually improving the RFP processes to support the Sales function globally working across side Legal, Product, SalesOps, Customer Success and other stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate, contribute and complete Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), Security Questionnaires as well as ad-hoc questionnaires/requests for prospects and existing customers
∎ Maintain the RFP response platform to ensure all information is regularly reviewed, is up to date and relevant across the product portfolio
∎ Develop a strong understanding of our Software Service business, and what the products offer.
∎ Ensure high quality RFP content, contribute to complex projects individually as well as balancing priorities within the team.
∎ Identify and communicate risk associated with proposals.
∎ Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the business to ensure that proposals are accurate and fit for purpose.
∎ Develop knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape to facilitate improved customer experience. Work alongside others in the business, maintaining relationships and gaining information for documents.
∎ Communicate progression of proposals to internal stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of using Loopio would be advantageous.
∎ Knowledge of responding to RFPs/RFIs, DDQs, Security Questionnaires.
∎ Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
∎ Strong communication skills collaborating with internal teams, enjoy collaborating across departments.
∎ Calm presence under tight deadlines.
∎ Self-starter, consistent performer, professional, positive attitude.
∎ Excellent attention to detail.
∎ Service-oriented mindset.
∎ Excellent language skills/Fluent in English
∎ Ability to keep a healthy overlap with UK working hours
