Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for the Accounts Officer to be responsible for the leading, coordinating, planning, and supporting for the interventions of financial issues according to the donor strategy and meet the project objectives at working areas.
∎ Moreover, ensuring program quality and accountable in respect of Core Humanitarian Standards as well as maintain Oxfam financial requirements.
∎ Work closely with the field programme teams, Other INGOs, partners and other local stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in a whole range in financial services to an organization, ideally with at least 1 years in INGO’s;
∎ Experience working with accounting software and good experience and skills in working with Microsoft Excel;
∎ Ability to understand and implement the government Tax and VAT Laws;
∎ Manages resources and deadlines with minimum supervision and having high level of initiative and commitment to the work given;
∎ Influences ways of working/ Recommends and implements improvements;
∎ Coaches junior and peer staff;
∎ Responsible, flexible and adaptable, good team player and builder;
∎ Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and numerous;
∎ Ability to speak, read, write and work in Bangla and English, proven experience working in a similar role or any other finance related tasks as assigned by line manager;
∎ Knowledge or appreciation of Cox’s Bazar in term of cultural, economic, and social trends plus a good understanding of the key development and humanitarian issues in the Country;
∎ Knowledge on Peoplesoft finance Software

Salary:
∎ BDT. 899,126 gross per annum (13 months)
