Job Responsibilities:
∎ prepare, perform, and manage day to day accounts related operations
∎ communicate with parents, students, employees, visitors, stakeholders on accounts related issues
∎ entry of students' accounts for enrolment, monthly fee, concession, transfer, accession, etc.
∎ prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements
∎ communicate and collaborate with all OIS school campuses accounts
∎ visit banks and financial institutions, if necessary
∎ compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
∎ taking initiatives and perform other assigned administrative, comparable, or transient duties, which are within the area of knowledge and skills required by this job role
∎ all work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla
∎ capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
∎ models professional and ethical standards when dealing with visitors, students, parents, colleagues, and community
∎ meets professional obligations through efficient work habits such as: meeting deadlines, honouring schedules, coordinating
∎ can maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues, Line Manager and administrators
∎ any gender, and person with disabilities can apply
