High attention to detail, organizational efficiency, and ability to manage tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with strong expertise in VAT, taxation, and payroll management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, managing payroll processes, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end accounting functions for all group entities, ensuring accurate consolidation and reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of VAT returns, corporate taxes, and other statutory obligations.
- Handle monthly and yearly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with employment laws and tax regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with audit and compliance requirements.
- Track and control company-wide expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement financial controls.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team, ensuring professional growth and optimal team performance.
- Assist in strategic decision-making by providing financial insight and recommendations to senior management.
