- Understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounts or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or garments factory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and supervise all accounting and financial activities of the factory.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
Monitor daily transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Ensure proper budgeting, financial planning, and cost control for factory operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and tax requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders when required.
Monitor payroll, supplier payments, and other financial obligations.
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance.
Lead and supervise the accounts team to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy.
