Experience:
Masters of Business Administration/CSE
Minimum 05 to 10 years of experience in Payroll and IT, preferably in a manufacturing or garments factory.
Strong knowledge of Payroll and IT.
Proficiency in Payroll software and Buyer Handle Capacity.
Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis of Salary

Experience in garments factory will preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
Payroll Operations: Manage the end-to-end processing of payroll, including salary, benefits, deductions, and bonuses.
IT System Management: Maintain, upgrade, and secure payroll systems and software, working with vendors to resolve technical issues.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to tax laws, labor regulations, and GDPR or other data privacy standards, leading internal and external audits.
Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records, generate payroll reports, and perform payroll reconciliations.
Process Improvement: Implement, review, and update payroll policies and automated processes for increased efficiency.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with HR, Finance, and employees to resolve inquiries and ensure seamless communication
Prepare and process monthly payroll for factory employees (workers & staff) accurately and on time.
Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, leave encashment and other benefits as per Bangladesh Labor Law.
Ensure compliance with minimum wage structure, attendance, working hours and overtime regulations.
Maintain and verify attendance, leave records and shift data for payroll processing.
Handle payroll-related statutory compliance including PF, gratuity, tax and other deductions.
Prepare salary sheets, pay slips and bank transfer statements.
Coordinate with accounts/finance department for salary disbursement through bank.
Maintain proper documentation of payroll records, employee salary files and reports.
Resolve employee queries regarding salary, deductions, overtime and benefits.
Monitor payroll, supplier payments, and other financial obligations.
Lead and supervise the IT team to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy.
