∎ M.Com./ MBA in Accounting from any reputed University
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CMA, CA CC
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparation of weekly, monthly, yearly financial Statements i.e Balance sheet, P & L, Received & Payment statements etc
∎ To be responsible for the daily recording and posting of all transaction in ERP accounting System
∎ To ensure all Accounting source documents are accurately recorded and preserved in the Books of Accounts/ Accounting software.
∎ Prepare Bill, Vouchers and posting into the Accounting software in due time. Checking all type of Vouchers
∎ To ensure all Accounting source documents are accurately preserved in the Books of Accounts/ Accounting software
∎ Responsible for the daily recording and posting of all transactions in the Books of Accounts/ Accounting software
∎ Ensure bank reconciliation of each units of the group
∎ Good Knowledge about financial management, including financial planning, budget, budget variance and budgetary controlling system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real estate sector.
∎ Knowledge and ability in the use of ERP software applications i.e. SAP, TALLY etc
