Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and compliance activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
∎ Ensure compliance with local, state, and national tax regulations and filing requirements.
∎ Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Provide strategic financial advice to management to support decision-making.
∎ Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial operations.Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
∎ Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and legislation.
∎ Assist in the preparation of business plans and financial models.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
