Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Invoicing: Should be capable for preparing and issuing invoices to tenants, clients, and contractors.
∎ Financial reporting: Should be capable for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the property business and presenting them to management and stakeholders.
∎ Maintain books of accounts such as cashbook, ledger, stock register, preparing vohers, recording transactions into accounting systems/books of accounts.
∎ Maintaining and reviewing financial records.
∎ Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
∎ Preparing budgets regularly.
∎ Monitoring expenditure and profits and providing reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must have experienced to work in Tally ERP software.
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Basic Internet/ windows etc.
∎ Excellent communication skills both spoken & written in English & Bengali.
∎ Applicant should have pleasant personality, honesty, smartness & hardworking ability.
