Job Context:
∎ TICKET EXPLORER name of our company. It`s an offline platform worldwide for air ticketing. Our business type is B2B & B2C. Reservation executives will be hired to expand Ticket Explorer range of services. Preference will be given to skilled and experienced people. So you need to provide online reservation support and have the mentality of being around Banani.
∎ The reservation executive role is one of the most important positions at Leisure kart as you will be directly interacting with prospects and customers over the phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of the company and will be responsible for helping, guiding, and advising customers in every way possible to maximize the likelihood of a booking.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide and help customers to make bookings and payments on the website.
∎ Record accurate information for each booking made by the customer.
∎ Communicate with Sellers to check availability.
∎ Communicate efficiently and politely on every call email chat.
∎ Everyday Reporting is very important
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
