∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Specialized experience in the WASH sector and skills development in national or International organizations;
∎ Demonstrating the Competency based training and assessment at the training venue and industry;
∎ Preparing the reports, proposals, MoUs and other relevant document;
∎ Good knowledge in implementing Skills development, RPL, apprenticeship, entrepreneurship, and WASH            programs;
∎ Excellent command of communication skills in both English and Bangla;
∎ Excellent computer operating skills and conversant with MS Office package;
∎ Experience in the development field (especially in monitoring & evaluation of vocational education and training);
∎ Communication with national and international donors to raising funds.
∎ He/She can be work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Checking bills and vouchers of all the projects;                     Maintaining petty cash;
∎ Preparing VAT /Tax challan and depositing to bank; Maintaining close communication with banks; Preparing all types of Voucher & Cheques and ensuring preservation;
∎ Preparing time-sheet of the staff assigned for projects;
∎ Maintain all kinds of registers that are related to finance and admin, such as movement register, Attendance register, employee leave register, stock register, dispatch register, fixed assets register etc.
∎ Keeping records of all important documents and communication by scanning and filing;
∎ Voucher posting using Tally software (ERP-9)/ Manual.Administrative and Logistics Support:
∎ Providing administrative support to the project team;
∎ This also includes organizing logistics for projects,   travel arrangements, meetings, conferences and other special events;
∎ Checking asset inventory on half yearly basis at the sector office and submitting to the respective persons;
∎ Preparing meeting minutes and circulating the same to all meeting participants;
∎ Organizing the logistics for meetings with donors, project staff and others;
∎ To be responsible for preserving the training materials/BCC materials available in the sector;
∎ Supervising the activities of office helper on day-to-day basis and extending support as and when necessary;
∎ Preparing note-sheets as per the need of the sector and sending the same to concerned department/Staff for follow up purposes;
∎ Documents Scanning & emailing concerned persons of project offices for smooth running activities of projects
∎ Processing all leave applications of the sector;
∎ Processing and getting approval including maintaining the leave record, both for sector office as well as project offices;
∎ Keeping a record of staff personal files, staff MIS & database of Dashboard updates;
∎ Perform all Human Resource related admin tasks;
∎ Recruitment process such as circulars, CV shortlisting, calling for interviews, interview board arrangement, reference checking, getting approval, helping in joining process & staff orientation, and release;
∎ Draft Correspondence letters, office orders & circulars;
∎ Maintaining confidentiality of organizational information and documents strictly and sincerely;
∎ To do any other task or assignment that is assigned by higher management.

∎ Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is a non-government development organization founded in 1958 by Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah, an eminent educationist, reformer and Sufi with the aim of social and spiritual development of entire human community. DAM has been contributing for the betterment of the disadvantaged population through operating 35 institutions and also 8 sectors of development. Health and WASH Sector is one of the core sectors of DAM which has also been operating 8 institutions and 17 projects.
∎ DAM Health and WASH Sector is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of "Accounts cum Admin Officer" of the “Improving WASH for Rohingya Refugees” Project implemented by Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM)-UK . It's a Ukhiya, Cox Bazar based position.
∎ Job Description / Responsibility:
∎ Financial Management:
∎ Checking bills and vouchers of all the projects;                     Maintaining petty cash;
