Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) Major in Accounting/Finance from reputed University
∎ CA (Partly Qualified) or CMA (Partly Qualified) is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
∎ Ensuring entries to proper accounts & accuracy of all accounting data recording
∎ Doing Accounting & Financial forecasting, budgeting and implementation
∎ Ensuring bank reconciliation in timely manner
∎ Taking the responsibility of company's income Tax, TDS and VAT related activities and ensuring
∎ timely submission of return. Expected sound knowledge on tax and VAT laws
∎ Taking the responsibility for report and finance/accounts related day to day affairs (Cash Book, Ledger, Cheque Issue Register, Cheque Receipt Register etc.)
∎ Following up Payment disbursement
∎ Taking the responsibility of annual internal audit
∎ All other duties as and when assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience in Accounting Software (Tally/Oracle/SAP/BuildSmart etc)
∎ Minimum 6 Years' experience in Accounting and Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the field of construction, engineering firms etc.
∎ Being able to communicate in English
∎ Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly in MS Excel
∎ Knowledge and competency in accounting principles
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines required
∎ Knowledge & experience of working in a multicultural setting
∎ Flexible with working hours
Salary:
∎ Gross Salary : 40,000 - 70,000 BDT depending on experience & required skills
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per JV Policy
