• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices;
• Knowledge of local banking system;
• Sound knowledge of Bangladeshi VAT and TAX laws;
• Must have prior experiences using Tally software;
• Proficiency in MS Office application.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area Like: Garments, Textile Industry.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain all general accounts (petty cash, bank, daily expenses bill voucher and journal posting);
• Maintain cash book and bank book;
• Posting transaction in accounting software;
• Monitor daily cash flows, manage collections and disbursements;
• Support payroll preparation;
• Ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliations;
• Monitor all accounts receivable and payable balance to maintain optimum cash flows;
• Look after vat and tax related issue;
• Maintain and organize financial documents for audit and reporting purpose;
• Prepare Challan for TDS & VDS monthly return submission to authority,
• Any other task assigned by managements.
