• 4+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong QuickBooks skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented and organized

Preferred

• Experience in garments, sourcing, or trading companies
• Knowledge of foreign currency transactions and payment tracking

Role Overview: We’re hiring an Accountant to manage financial records, ensure payment tracking, and support accurate reporting using QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record all financial transactions in QuickBooks
• Track incoming LC/T.T. payments (initiated by the Commercial Team)
• Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash
• Maintain general ledgers and prepare journal entries
• Support monthly and yearly financial closings
• Prepare tax documents and coordinate with tax consultants
• Work with the UAE/UK teams to align financial reporting
• Provide financial reports to management on request
