∎ A post graduation in accounting or finance and any professional experience give more preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Petty cash maintaining and entry day to day transactions.
∎ Prepare Bank payment voucher, Journal Voucher & Advance adjustment with proper supporting. And also maintain the advance register.
∎ Prepare salary pay slip & Challan.
∎ Deduct VAT & TAX as per Government rules, prepare challan and submit into the govt. treasury office.
∎ Weekly submit the cash summary report to Sr. Finance Officer.
∎ Maintain a cash book in daily basis.
∎ Provide petty cash details information and support to complete the monthly financial report.
∎ Cross checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
∎ Maintain all the records and documents for audit facilitation.
∎ Support into the NGOAB related activities, internal audit, external audit and inventory management.
∎ Support to the stock management.
∎ Maintain all bank transaction regularly.
∎ Perform additional work according to the projects need and as being assigned by the JiVitA authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Adept computer skills and proficiency using programs like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
∎ Strong verbal & written communication skills to interact regularly with staff regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments
∎ Multitasking in order to successfully handle multiple accounts, invoices and payment at various stages of execution.
∎ Excellence efficiency for handling any accounting issues quickly with minimal interference.
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
