Post graduation/Graduation on Finance/Accounting in any reputed public/private university for Accountant post.
Graduation on Finance/Accounting or HSC for Cashier post.
Education can be flexible for highly experienced candidate.

Responsibilities & Context: - Maintain daily financial records including sales, expenses, and cash flow.
- Prepare and update ledgers, journal entries, and vouchers (cash, bank, purchase, sales).
- Handle supplier and customer payments, and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
- Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and profit & loss reports.
- Ensure all accounting entries comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Manage petty cash and ensure all expenditures are properly recorded.
- Work with auditors and support in tax filing (VAT, TDS, etc.).
- Keep Proper Inventory POS Software, MS Word, Ms Excell.
Purchase Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase raw materials, ingredients, and restaurant supplies at the best possible prices.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen/store to avoid stock shortages.
- Maintain supplier records, quotations, and price comparisons.
- Check and verify the quality and quantity of goods received against purchase orders.
- Reduce cost by finding alternative vendors without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with management for approval of purchases and budget control.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support management in budgeting and cost control.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data.
- Assist in internal audits and compliance reporting.
- Participate in process improvements for cost efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle customer payments – Process cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately.
- Issue receipts and change – Ensure all customers receive correct receipts and change.
- Operate POS system – Use the Restaurant’s Point of Sale (POS) software efficiently.
- Manage the cash drawer Count Cash at the beginning and end of each shift; maintain accurate balances.
- Record daily sales – Keep proper records of transactions and submit daily sales reports.
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Answer customer inquiries about menu items, prices, and promotions.
- Resolve billing or payment issues politely and quickly.
- Coordinate with serving staff to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
- Assist with order packaging or takeout orders when needed.
- Follow restaurant policies on cash handling, refunds, and discounts.
- Support closing/opening procedures such as balancing the till and preparing reports.
