Responsibilities & Context:
* Maintain vendor payment and transaction records
* Manage staff salary and incentive records
* Update accounts using Excel, Word and Google Sheets
* Upload and manage products on company sites
* Monitor inventory and stock levels
* Prepare stock reports and coordinate stock requirements
* Manage emails, documents and office records
* Support overall business operations
