Responsibilities & Context:
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of split-type air conditioners.
- Diagnose and repair faults in AC units and mini fridges.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal cooling efficiency.
- Clean AC filters, coils, and condensers regularly.
- Check and recharge refrigerant levels as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest room cooling complaints or fridge issues.
- Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and parts usage.
- Ensure all equipment operates safely and meets health standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front office for room access and scheduling.
- Report major issues to maintenance supervisor or engineering head.
